Evaluation of Make the Right Real Fund and Research on the Sustainable Strategy for Disability-Inclusive International Development Cooperation

Activities The Secretariat implemented the research to verify effectiveness and sustainability by evaluating progresses of the MRR Fund projects (2013~2019) as an objective perspective, and to establish a positive Post-Incheon Strategy plan for expanding international development cooperation ecosystem. As a result of the research, it was evaluated that the MRR Fund projects have high relevance based on the correlation between the Incheon Strategy and development goals and strategies of disability/human rights sectors of partner countries, and also have high coherence in terms of connectivity of goals. the projects have high efficiency by implementing projects directly, on the other hand, there is still a need to increase effectiveness by separating project implementation and management. For mid and long-term development strategies, the research suggested that making relationship between target business of KODDI (vocational rehabilitation for persons with severe disabilities, Barrier-Free environment, and support for children with disabilities and persons with developmental disabilities) and Incheon Strategy’s major goals.
